Subscription freezing
You have the option to freeze your subscription for the period when you are not going to be using our service. To do this, on the main tab of your Personal Account, specify the freezing period in the corresponding field (from 7 to 28 days) and click on the "Freeze Account" button.
Next, confirm your actions in the pop-up window (this must be done in order to avoid accidental freezing of the account in case you clicked the "Freeze account" button by mistake and did not plan to use this option). Upon confirmation, your subscription will be suspended for the specified period.
Please note! If you unfreeze your subscription before the set due date, you will be charged a fee in the amount equal to the cost of 1 day of your subscription.
